2025 Summit Brew Path Launches Digital Passport with LoyalBrew
We spoke with Ty Johnson, the Marketing and Social Media Manager at the Akron/Summit Convention & Visitor’s Bureau about Summit County’s newest LoyalBrew passport – the 2025 Summit Brew Path!
How did the Summit Brew Path come together?
The Summit Brew Path came together nine years ago when trying to create a fun and unique community initiative. The ASCVB connected with local breweries in the county and came up with the idea of doing a stamped trail. Since then, the Summit Brew Path has only grown bigger and bigger every year!
What are your goals for the 2025 Summit Brew Path passport?
For the 2025 Summit Brew Path, our goals are all about making sure participants have a great time and helping our local breweries get even more love! We want our community to have fun while completing the path. We also want the breweries on the Summit Brew Path to benefit from participating.
What will one receive when they complete their passport?
Those who complete their passport will receive an exclusive invitation to the Summit Brew Path Bash. The Summit Brew Path Bash is a party for anyone who completes the Summit Brew Path. Every brewery that is on the passport is in attendance handing out free beer. There are photo opportunities, delicious food and prizes to be won. Those who complete their passport are also entered into the grand prize giveaway. There are three prizes that you can potentially win:
- Pint Prize: $250
- Silver Stein: $500
- Golden Growler: $1,000
